If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will drop you an email which would explain circumstances for not dispatching your order on time – if you do not receive an email, it means that your order has been dispatched.

Delays/Lost in Post
In rare circumstances it could take longer for your parcel to get delivered; this is completely dependent on peak and off peak season of the year – SEHAM’S BOUTIQUE LTD holds no control over this and delivery days stated above is just an estimate provided by Canada Post.
It is quite rare for a parcel to go lost in post but SEHAM’S BOUTIQUE LTD holds no control over it. If you have concerns about you parcel for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, date of order and order details. All orders are insured for their purchase value but Canada Post does not investigate until 15 days of dispatch for Canada orders.
We are required to submit claim with your details to seek reimbursement for the price of parcel. Until claim is successfully completed and we have received funds, no further actions will be taken.
Returns and refunds
Customers may return items that are unworn, unused, and in original packing for a full refund excluding delivery charge, within 7 days of receiving the items. If any item is returned with signs of being worn beyond trying it on once, i.e. aroma, hair, etc., the item will be declined for a refund and sent back to you after we have contacted you. In this case you will need to pay for postage to have the item sent back to you again.

Refunds or exchanges will be carried out as soon as possible; however, timings for refunds may vary depending on the time of year and our workload. As a rough estimate, refunds may take anywhere between 3-14 days to be carried out. Occasionally, delays may be caused by Finance providers, for which we do not take responsibility. Refunds will only be made to the account from which the purchase was made.
Faulty items will be eligible for an exchange or refund, postage cost incurred by customer to send the item/s back to us will be eligible for credit as well if the item is returned to us via standard post. We will not cover courier charges or Express Delivery charges. Please retain proof of postage. For faulty items sent back for a refund, postage will not be reimbursed.
Refund will be processed in 2 working days however it may take up to 10 working days during busy season or under exceptional circumstances.
Sale items are non-refundable.
